No. The 30-Day Accelerator is delivered fully online programming, check-ins, coach access, and nutrition guidance are all remote. The monthly in-person session at our Oxfordshire base is exclusive to the full partnership membership.
Yes. If you have an endurance goal 70.3, Ironman, marathon, sportive, or similar the accelerator integrates a structured endurance protocol from day one. You'll finish the 30 days with a clear, intelligent plan for your event built around your professional schedule.
The programme is built around your schedule not the other way around. During onboarding we map your available training time, travel commitments, and workload. The programme is then designed to operate within those constraints. There's no minimum hours requirement imposed from the outside.
